About the role: You'll be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment processes for different areas of the company. Search for and attract talent through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, and referrals) Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers Keep information updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Participate in job fairs and talent acquisition events Support administrative tasks related to the selection process Ensure an excellent candidate experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, fullcycle recruitment, highvolume hiring, or HR generalist/fullcycle recruitment Excellent attitude and minimal accent Advanced English level (B2+, C1) Organization, attention to detail, and time management skills Proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
