Role Objective Our client, a growing gifting company, is seeking an innovative, results-driven, and client-focused Sales & Marketing Representative to help expand its market presence and strengthen customer engagement. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth through sales initiatives, strategic partnerships, brand campaigns, and excellent relationship management. Core Duties and Responsibilities Source and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue. Expand the corporate client portfolio while nurturing existing customer relationships. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and strategic partnerships. Draft and present proposals, quotations, and client presentations. Respond to client inquiries and convert prospects into active customers. Contribute towards achieving set monthly and quarterly sales goals. Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business. Act as the primary liaison for corporate accounts. Foster and sustain long-term customer relationships. Ensure smooth coordination and timely fulfillment of corporate gifting orders. Maintain exceptional customer service standards and client satisfaction. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their evolving gifting needs. Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Support seasonal promotions, gifting campaigns, and special marketing initiatives. Coordinate exhibitions, pop-up activations, collaborations, and corporate events. Job Specifications and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 2 - 4 years’ experience in business development, sales, account management, or marketing. Experience handling corporate clients and partnerships is an added advantage. Experience in retail, gifting, lifestyle, hospitality, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
