Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team to achieve and exceed sales targets Drive new business (B2B & B2C), focusing on highvolume clients Lead negotiations for key accounts and strategic partnerships Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies Ensure excellent customer experience and retention Key Requirements 4–6 years’ experience in logistics/courier/freight sales (Kenyan market) At least 2 years in a supervisory role Proven track record in business development and closing deals Strong knowledge of logistics pricing models Must have solid knowledge of courier services and CODs (Cash on Delivery)
