Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Human Resources Manager will plan, lead, and coordinate HR strategies, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The role requires overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing employee training and development programs, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive work culture and supporting organizational growth through effective human resource practices.
