You will be responsible for: Job Profile Summary Learning under direct supervision, to learning logging-while-drilling and directional drilling tool(s) and services as assigned. Must be able to read well plan, execute directional drilling and to perform basic maintenance at the wellsite. Performing all required responsibilities safely and as described in work instructions. Executes other related duties as assigned by the supervisors. Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. Must complete all training and development programs required within Applications Engineer -1 Program and all local training and development programs. Fuel your passion. To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics. Have general knowledge of basic engineering principles and good mechanical and electrical aptitude. Be able to become proficient in running basic logging-while-drilling jobs/services. Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization. Have excellent communication and presentation skills. Have exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills. Have the ability to travel (potential for travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, trainings, etc.). Comfortable presenting in front of an audience of experienced peers
